(last few days) Finished editing chapter 12 of The Great Falling Away. One chapter remaining to complete, began writing in 12/1998, some dry stretches of not working on it reaching years. Printed the first 12 chapters and hand delivered to parents. Slight file management and organization. Daily Message to Mom - realizing mom is reading these frequently, if not daily, thought to write her a message each day. "I appreciate the random nature of my childhood adventures, loaded into vehicles and out on the road, stopping at caves, odd businesses, and corners of dead end places - talking, talking, and stories of who we were and who we are. Me in the back seat, listening. When reading these books, these are our stories."
